A Rufous Sedge Warbler Bird Prints by Rev Morris`s 1866 from "NATURAL HISTORY OF BRITISH BIRDS" The 1866 edition is considered to have the finest plates, which were printed from wood-blocks by Benjamin Fawcet of Driffield and then retouched with hand coloring. Fawcet and Morris had a relationship of many years and many of Morris`s other books with fine coloured Plates were done in collaboration with Fawcet.
